Axel Kunz, born in 1962, comes from near Bremen and graduated as a mechanical engineer, specialising in lightweight construction technology. He began work as a designer in an engineering consultancy, and from 1991 spent many years as a technical manager and director in companies across Germany operating in the fields of metal working and processing, forging technology and polymer processing.
During this period he was also responsible at an international level for the optimisation of procurement and relocation of production in Asia and Eastern Europe.
Since 2003 he has been self-employed, working all over Germany as an interim manager in small and medium-sized enterprises, primarily in companies involved in metal and polymer processing and ones providing complex technical services. Furthermore he is head of the Regional Group North of the German Association of SME Consultants and certified as SME-Reengineering Advisor®.
Our office focusses on managing the effective implementation of change, (re)directing companies into profit-rich "waters". We produce quick and reliable Strength and Weakness analyses and strategies for increasing sales and efficiency and improving profitability.
